Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a copyright takedown request with our rights department, please email a written notification containing the following details to [email protected]:
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: Description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g. song title, album, or original URL).
- Exact Location of Material: The exact URL on ringtona.com where the allegedly infringing audio clip is located (e.g.
https://ringtona.com/ringtone.php?slug=...). - Contact Information: Your full legal name, company/organization, email address, phone number, and physical address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & Authorization Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Processing Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Ringtona will review the claim and remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24 to 48 business hours.
